Question: How much is the deposit? Answer: The deposit required is 1 month’s fee of the class registered for.
Question: Where do I send the deposit? Answer: All deposits are made out to First Steps Academy and mailed to: FIRST STEPS ACADEMY c/o Administration 2122, 8561 8a Ave SW Calgary Alberta T3H 5Z2
Question: What is my deposit for? Answer: Your deposit is to hold your spot in good faith and used towards first months payment.
Question: Will I get a receipt? Answer: Yes. All receipts will be sent out by January 31st or eariler. If you have not received your receipt please email email@example.com after January 31st.
Question: Can we get our deposit back if we are not satisfied with the finished product? Answer: Yes. If anyone should feel the facility is substandard or the Instructors do not meet your criteria, a full refund will be given with-in 30 days of FSA's doors opening.
Question: When will I know when the school will be opening? Answer: FSA will be updating our "News & Updates" page on the website on a regular basis. We will also be sending out an invitation for our Open House.
Question: Do I still need to give a deposit if I'm registering for September? Answer: Yes, but not until mid summer. We will contact you to confirm space availability.
Question: Can I register for September 2013? Answer: FSA will take enrollment immediately.
Question: Can I register for January 2014? Answer: FSA will take enrollment starting September 2013.
Question: Can I register for September 2014? Answer: FSA will take enrollment starting January 2014.
Question: When and how we will know about an Open House? Answer: FSA will contact all enrolled children for a private Open House. A separate Open House will be given to the general public.
Raffle ticket for Springbank Pet Resort Gift Certificate has yet to be claimed. Deadline to claim prize is January 27th. A new ticket will be drawn if no one claims.
